| Christine Basham. Christine is a
lifetime resident of the Central Maryland area, and she has lived in
Columbia for 20 years. She is a graduate of Calvert Senior High school,
and attended Salisbury State College. Chris draws from her vast real
estate experience to include 15 years in property management where she
managed multi-million dollar real estate throughout the Baltimore
Washington area, worked for a relocation company and assisted many
corporations in moving their employees to Maryland, and she was a
processor for a local title company. Most recently Chris has been a
licensed Realtor for 6 years selling over 20 million in real estate.
Chris is a member of the Howard County Million Dollar Club and Madison’s
Who’s Who. Chris assists both buyers and sellers and is dedicated to
exceeding expectations of her clients. Chris specializes in creating

giving 110%. Chris lives in Columbia with her husband David, daughter
Jackie, son Jonathon and dogs Luke Skywalker and Princess Leah. Chris
enjoys bowling, volleyball, dancing, and spending time with family and
