Generally sellers and buyers are satisfied with their real estate agents. However, in nationwide surveys by the National Association of Realtors one of the top complaints against real estate agents is their failure to communicate with their customers and clients. When our transaction is complete we give our customers and clients the opportunity to rate our performance from 1 to 10 (10 being best) on various aspects of the transaction. In that survey we ask, "Did we keep in touch?" and "Were we easy to reach?". We currently have scores of 9.64 and 9.76 respectively on these two questions. We are always trying to improve our customer/client satisfaction level. To that end we have made buyer and seller reports available to our customers and clients on our web page. This allows them to keep completely up to date on our marketing plans and provides sellers feedback from agents and buyers who have visited their homes. |
