Meet TeamKinnear
of Re/Max Advantage Realty

Jim Kinnear.  Jim is a lifelong resident of the central Maryland area, in Ellicott City since 1976.  He is a graduate of Mt. St. Joseph High School, spent 5-1/2 years in the U.S. Air Force, and worked for computer giant UNISYS for 22 years.  His last assignment was Director of Field Operations, overseeing 225 customer service engineers who maintained all U.S. Government UNISYS systems in a three-state area plus the District of Columbia.

Jim, an associate broker, has been licensed since 1989 and has earned the GRI designation.  In his career, Jim has been Rookie and Top Producer of the Year. He is a member of the Re/Max Platinum Club and Hall of Fame and has sold more than $100 million worth of real estate.

Jim lives with his wife of 41 years, Diane, collects pinball machines, enjoys working with stained glass, enjoys “cruising” in his Corvette and is involved with many volunteer activities.

Greg Kinnear.  Greg, a lifelong resident of the central Maryland area, graduated from Mt. St. Joseph High School and from Towson State University, where he earned a Marketing degree and was a member of the National Marketing Honor Society. Greg has earned the ABR and SRES designations. He specializes in marketing strategies for sellers. Greg has received the Diamond Award, which is the company’s highest annual production honor and is a member of the Re/Max Hall of Fame and recipient of the Re/Max Lifetime Achievement Award. Greg has been a licensed Realtor at Re/Max Advantage since 1996.

Greg lives in Ellicott City with his wife Michele, daughter Grace, & son Carter. Greg is an avid golfer and enjoys playing basketball, home improvement projects, and gardening. He is also on the local Board at the Ellicott City Y – Dancel Center.

Rob Kinnear.  Rob, a lifelong resident of the central Maryland area, was a graduate of Mt. St. Joseph High School in 1995 and received his degree in Advertising from Towson University in 1999.  Rob has earned the ABR and SRES designations.  This, along with his youthful enthusiasm, energy, and the hard work and determination learned from his successful swimming career, has led Rob to great success in real estate.  Rob assists both buyers and sellers and is dedicated to providing first class customer service.

Rob lives in Ellicott City with his wife Kim, daughter Emily, and son Andrew.

Steve D’Ambrisi.  Steve, a lifelong resident of the Ellicott City/Catonsville area graduated from Mt. Hebron High School, attended Howard Community College and Towson State University.  Steve has earned the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation.  A Multi-Million Dollar Producer, he specializes in assisting buyers in finding the home that best suits their needs and marketing strategies for sellers specific to their individual property.  Steve can attribute his success in the industry to his professionalism, honest no-nonsense approach, and strong commitment to his clients.

Steve now lives in Ellicott City with his wife Lani and two dogs, Chance and Liddy.  He is an avid fisherman and enjoys boating on the Chesapeake, football, and home improvement projects.

Michael McGuire.  Michael grew up in the Loch Raven area of Towson in Baltimore County. He is a graduate of McDonogh School and Towson University and is a member of McDonogh’s Athletic Hall of Fame and is a current member of the McDonogh Alumni Executive Committee. Michael has sixteen years of sales experience and believes in hard work and fair and honest treatment of clients and customers alike.

Currently, Michael lives in Ellicott City with his wife Michele and three children, Ryan, Megan and Erin. He is an avid runner, having completed the Honolulu, Marine Corps, and Boston marathons.

As the charter member of the in-law division of TeamKinnear, he has spent many family dinners discussing local real estate. His desire to work with people and a never-give-up attitude can make your real estate experience enjoyable.

Karen Ambrose.  Karen is the office manager for TeamKinnear. She handles the day-to-day activities in the Kinnear office, which includes coordination of buyer and seller settlements, follow up, advertising, and maintenance of an extensive seller-marketing program.
